📜 MonetizedNow – Terms & Conditions

1. Why We Exist

At MonetizedNow, we believe creators deserve a head start. Building from zero wastes time — we eliminate that barrier.

We sell two types of premium social media accounts:

  • Monetized Accounts: Accounts that have already met platform monetization requirements, allowing you to start earning from your very next post.
  • Primed Accounts: Aged and warmed, algorithm-trusted accounts with established followers and engagement, giving you the foundation to hit monetization requirements faster.

By purchasing from MonetizedNow, you ("you", "buyer", "customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions. Read them carefully — they protect both of us.

2. What You're Getting

When you buy from MonetizedNow, you receive one of the following:

Monetized Accounts

Important: Monetized accounts come with active monetization status — however, maintaining that status and generating revenue depends on your content strategy, consistency, and compliance with platform policies. Primed accounts are not yet monetized; you're getting the foundation and algorithm advantage — meeting monetization requirements depends on your content strategy and consistency.

3. How It Works

Once payment is confirmed, we deliver your account credentials within 24 hours with detailed instructions for:

  • Changing passwords and recovery information
  • Securing complete ownership
  • Best practices for transitioning the account to your brand
  • Maximizing the algorithm trust already built into your account
  • For monetized accounts: guidance on maintaining monetization status during the transition

👉 Your responsibility: You must complete the full ownership transfer within 14 days of receiving credentials. This includes changing the email address, password, phone number, and any recovery information.

Important timing note: Some platforms (such as TikTok) require a 3-day waiting period before you can change the email address associated with the account. Plan accordingly and begin the transfer process immediately upon receiving your account.

Refund eligibility: If you wish to claim the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must NOT make ANY changes to the account, including password, email, phone number, or recovery information. Any changes to account credentials make the account non-refundable.

5. Account Quality Standards

All MonetizedNow accounts feature:

  • Verified account quality before every sale
  • Real, organic followers (no bots or fake engagement)
  • Genuine views from authentic user engagement
  • Algorithm trust built over time through authentic activity
  • Clean account history with no policy violations or shadowbans
  • Compliance with platform community guidelines

Additionally, monetized accounts are verified to have active monetization status at the time of sale.

6. Our Protection Guarantee

✅ If your account is suspended, banned, or shadowbanned within 30 days of purchase due to issues existing before your ownership, we'll replace it free of charge.

✅ For monetized accounts: If your monetization status is revoked within 30 days due to pre-existing issues (not caused by your actions), we'll replace the account or provide a full refund.

❌ No replacement if:

  • You violate the platform's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • You post prohibited content (spam, copyright violations, adult content, hate speech, etc.)
  • The suspension results from your actions after taking ownership
  • You use automation tools, bots, or engagement pods
  • You fail to complete the ownership transfer within 14 days (except when keeping refund eligibility)
  • For monetized accounts: monetization is lost due to your content or policy violations

We don't hide behind fine print. We expect you to operate responsibly within platform rules and secure your account promptly.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your account within 7 days of purchase, contact our support team for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monetized and primed accounts.

To remain eligible for a refund, you must NOT make ANY changes to the account:

  • Do not change the password
  • Do not change the account's email address
  • Do not change the account's phone number
  • Do not change any recovery information
  • Do not transfer ownership in any way
  • Do not post content or begin monetizing

You may view the account to verify its stats, quality, and monetization status, but any changes to account credentials or usage make the account non-refundable.

After 7 days: All sales are final once credentials are delivered.

Why? Once you receive login access and begin posting or earning, you have full ownership and control. We cannot verify account condition after you've begun using it, and we cannot resell used accounts.

Additional refund exclusions: Refunds are not available if the account was suspended or banned due to your policy violations or if you've already begun monetizing or earning from the account.

8. Ownership Transfer Requirements

Critical timing requirements:

  • Day 1-7: If you wish to keep refund eligibility, do NOT make any changes to the account. You may only view and verify the account.
  • After deciding to keep the account: Begin the full ownership transfer process immediately
  • Day 3+: After any required platform waiting period (such as TikTok's 3-day email change restriction), change the email address to one you control
  • Within 14 days of purchase: Complete full ownership transfer including password, email, phone number, and all recovery information

For monetized accounts: Follow any platform-specific guidelines during transfer to avoid disrupting your monetization status. Our support team will guide you through this process.

Failure to complete the ownership transfer within 14 days voids all guarantees and protections (except when you're within the 7-day refund window and haven't yet decided to keep the account).

This 14-day window is non-negotiable and exists to ensure account security and prevent disputes.

9. Your Commitments

By purchasing from MonetizedNow, you agree to:

  • Follow each platform's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines without exception
  • Complete the full ownership transfer within 14 days of receiving credentials (unless requesting a refund)
  • Immediately secure your account upon receiving credentials once you've decided to keep it
  • Use the account for legitimate content creation purposes
  • Take full ownership of results, growth, and monetization outcomes
  • Not resell, transfer, or share account credentials with third parties
  • Avoid automation tools, engagement pods, or artificial engagement tactics
  • For monetized accounts: maintain compliance with platform monetization program policies

10. Platform Policy Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content and account usage comply with:

  • Platform-specific monetization program policies
  • Platform monetization requirements and guidelines
  • Platform prohibited content policies
  • Any regional content restrictions

Platform policy violations that result in suspension, shadowban, or demonetization are your responsibility. This is especially critical for monetized accounts where policy violations can result in immediate loss of monetization status.

11. Limitation of Liability

MonetizedNow provides premium social media accounts as a starting point. We are not liable for:

  • Lost income or revenue opportunities
  • Platform algorithm changes or policy updates
  • Account suspensions resulting from your content or actions
  • Failure to achieve or maintain monetization after purchase
  • Changes in platform monetization requirements
  • Shadowbans resulting from your posting behavior
  • Views, engagement, or reach fluctuations after purchase
  • Issues arising from failure to complete ownership transfer within 14 days
  • Account access problems after the 14-day transfer window
  • Revenue fluctuations or earnings changes on monetized accounts
  • Loss of monetization status due to your actions or platform policy changes

You own the account — you own the outcomes.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MonetizedNow accounts for:

  • Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Illegal activities or prohibited content
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Impersonation or fraudulent representation
  • Violating platform Community Guidelines
  • Mass automation, bots, or artificial engagement
  • Hate speech, harassment, or harmful content

Violation of these terms voids all guarantees and may result in account termination without refund.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.

MonetizedNow reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
